Suitable for short runs and functional testing of plastic parts, our
prototype and pilot/pre-production molds can be built in as little as 4 weeks. Prototype molds are ideal for < 10,000 cycles, and can also serve as bridge tooling to fill the manufacturing gap for production tooling.
Production molds are built after preliminary testing and the design for optimal plastic part application is complete. Our team uses an established scientific process and cutting-edge Mold Flow, EDM, and CNC technologies to manufacture molds with an unmatched, industry leading 2-million shot warranty.
Our End-of-Arm Tooling solutions offer precision end effectors, or grippers, that attach to the end of a robotic arm. EOAT gives robots a specific functionality that helps to eliminate human-error, reduce scrap, and increase production throughput and efficiency.

Our mold manufacturing begins with an established scientific process starting with design. Our engineers review material, DFM, and plastic part application to ensure optimal mold design and part manufacturability.
We use state-of-the-art mold-flow software to create molding simulations to accurately understand fluid dynamics. This allows us to optimize the mold design based on part material and geometry.
Our CNC machining centers offer unsurpassed feature detail by utilizing Yasda 5-axis technologies, which provide customers high accuracy and tolerance of less than one micron for high precision machining (ISO 230-2).
By leveraging the cutting-edge metrology and technology of Omnia Scientific, we fully qualify our molds. We use industrial CT scanning, IM, CMM, and other imaging software to provide a complete validation solution for mold qualification and quality plastic part production.
