Benchmark elements of Scientific Process Development include:
First-stage fill uses velocity control to inject with minimal velocity steps
Second-stage packing pressure must be high enough to finish filling the cavity plus compensate for material shrinkage during cooling
Decompression must be used prior to screw recovery in order to relieve packing pressure
